The works were carried out in parallel with providing the building for economic activity.
The client of the project wanted to carry out a partial renovation of the roof, repairing the damage only in certain places. Therefore, a professional diagnosis of the roof covering was carried out with the Roof Pro deck scanner, identifying specifically those areas of the roof that need to be repaired.
The following were completed within the project:
- roof covering preparation, cleaning
- repair of damaged areas
- dismantling of metal outlets
- sealing of roof outlets
- melting of the bitumen roll top deck using improved standard class material Bipol XL 180 gr/m2, 4.4 mm thick, 5.0 kg/m2
- construction of roof deflectors
- assembly and sealing of new tin nose elements
