Works performed: Roof renovation
Period of work: June 2017 – August 2017
The works were carried out in parallel with providing the building for economic activity.
The following were completed within the project:
- roof covering preparation, washing
- dismantling of tin parts
- repair of damaged areas
- surface priming
- sealing of roof outlets
- melting of the bitumen roll top deck using premium class material MIDA, TECHNOELAST EKP 5.5
- construction of roof deflectors
- assembly and sealing of new tin nose elements
This project was special with its uneven and damaged surface, which complicated its smooth and high-quality installation.
