- Dismantling of waterproofing
- Cover cleaning
- Gutter icing
- Atrium seam sealing with bitumen mastic Borner Bocopur Silver
- Disassembly and reassembly of skylight domes by sealing
- Parapet repair by melting bitumen roll material Bipol XL 180 gr/m2 polyester, 4.4 mm thick, 5.0 kg/m2
- Melting of ventilation aerators, (Alipai aerator)
