- roof surface preparation works
- reassembly of beams, struts
- lath assembly
- laying waterproofing in the slope (sub-deck, top-deck)
- fusing the parapets to the walls
- restoration of part of masonry eaves
- tin ventilation tower assembly
- assembly of new tin parts
