The works were carried out in parallel with providing the building for economic activity.
The following were completed within the project:
- complete dismantling of the roof covering
- dismantling of ventilation outlets
- dismantling of tin parts
- construction of a new roof structure
- assembly of new tin corrugated sheets
- laying of vapor insulation
- insulation of the roof covering with stone wool Technoroof 200 mm
- installation of the expanded clay layer forming the slope
- melting of the underlay of bitumen roll material using premium class material ICOPAL ULTRA BASE 4.0
- melting of the bitumen roll top deck using premium class material ICOPAL ULTRA TOP 5.0
- installation of new water drainage systems
- construction of roof deflectors
- assembly and sealing of new tin nose elements
