The works were carried out in parallel ensuring the economic activity of the building.
The following were completed within the project:
- Preparation of the roof surface, cleaning, dismantling of the old covering
- Assembly of condensate film
Laying of thermal insulation in two layers:
- Underlay with TechnoROOF N30 160mm wool
- Cover with TechnoROOF V50 40mm wool
Waterproofing works:
Laying of waterproofing – underlay – roofing Mida Balt PVS3s
Laying of waterproofing – top deck – roof covering Mida Balt PVS4b
- Dismantling of old gutters, assembly of new ones / melting in two layers – Rain water gutter D125 – Surefix (Italy)
- Installation of roof ventilation aerators
- Dismantling and assembly of external units of air conditioners, frosting of ventilation outlets, frosting of joints of metal structures with a new covering, frosting of the base
- Parapet disassembly and assembly
- Icing of adjacencies to the walls / parapets with a new cover – top cover roof covering Mida Balt PVS4b
- Installation and dismantling of tin parapets
