Cheap or profitable

When choosing a service, lowest price is often a priority. We encourage you to think that with the cheapest deals you run the risk of early or too late to go back to the problem because inexpensive material is not always the quality and performs its functions in the long term.

Prevention saves money

Often there is an assumption – if the roof is installed, we can forget about it for at least 15 years.  However, any roofing would require regular preventive maintenance at least twice a year. That kind of maintenance would be advisable in late autumn, after the leaves are fallen down, and in the early spring when roof must be released from the leaves, rubble and moss. Also water pipes, gutters, the place where the surface contact with the stack must be cleared out. It all will help to avoiding unplanned expenses.

Large company and quality

A customer, who is looking for quality service, tends to turn to largest companies in a particular sector. There is a stereotype – the larger the company is the better quality it is able to provide to its customers. This stereotype is false, because the quality of the service is determined by the knowledge and attitude of masters or roofers in this case.

Bitumen membrane decking on gravel

On roofs with gravel coating on the bituminous waterproofing, heat welding it is not possible. First the deck must be coated with thin layer of hard rock wool.

Old decking beneath the new

Full removal of the old decking is completely unnecessary and it increases the price of repairs. It is not useful, even if the old decking layers are completely soaked with water. During the summer, the moisture will evaporate and absorb by aerators.

Puddles on flat roof

The requirement to install a roof without any puddles cannot be achieved within a horizontal roof. If we pour water on the table, it will also create puddles.
