Administrative and HR Manager
Requirements:
- Higher education related to the position.
- 5+ years of practical experience as an HR specialist, lawyer, or in a similar role.
- Practical experience in recruitment and personnel management.
- Experience working with various documents and records – contracts, applications, reports, authorizations, and others.
- Experience in onboarding new employees.
- Ability to work independently, plan time effectively, and set priorities.
- Practical experience with CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Fluency in Latvian and Russian; English is considered an advantage.
- Experience in implementing and overseeing HR processes within a company.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment for various positions (workers, office staff in the Baltics).
- Onboarding and training new employees.
- Organizing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Managing a team.
- Preparing reports and providing insights to management.
- Ensuring proper documentation and workflow within the company.
- Handling communication via HR and information emails, as well as phone support.
- Overseeing ISO compliance and quality control within the team.
