REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
- Construction practice certificate – not a mandatory requirement, but if you have one, it will be considered an advantage.
- Higher or professional education in the construction industry;
- Practical experience in roof and facade construction works;
- Ability to professionally manage people and effectively organize their work;
- Ability to focus attention and time on several projects at the same time;
- Ability to achieve project execution strictly within the budget and deadline;
- High self-motivation and high energy;
- A sense of responsibility for the deadlines for assigned work and objects;
- Good communication and interaction skills;
- Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Google drive);
- B category driving license
DUTIES:
- Plan, manage and supervise construction works of roofs and facades in facilities throughout Latvia;
- Strict monitoring of the quality of the works;
- Creation, organization and management of a work team;
- Provide construction objects with all necessary documentation;
- Plan and organize deliveries of necessary building materials to construction sites;
- Preparation of reports within the department;
- Technical survey of construction objects and development of solutions
