Responsibilities:
- Preparing construction cost estimates for flat roof projects, including procurement-related estimates.
- Preparation of 40+ cost offer estimates per month.
- Preparing various documents (Form 2, PNA, project schedules, DVP, cash flow plans, etc.).
- Conducting material and labor cost surveys.
- Contacting material suppliers, collecting offers, and establishing long-termplet partnerships.
Requirements:
- Education in construction (students in their final years are also welcome).
- Preferably practical experience in cost offer estimation preperation or calculations.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong analytical and mathematical thinking.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
